We will arrange the replacement or refund your purchase price—excluding shipping costs—for any product that is not as you expect or does not work as described during its life-using time. During the return/refund process, the product handling fee and shipping fee shall be borne by the consumer.
Returns for online orders and catalog orders.
You will find a pre-addressed return label in the front of your packing list.
1. Be sure to complete the Products Return Note (on the back of the Packing list) and put together with the items you are supposed to return.
2. Package the items well and attach the pre-addressed return label to the package. Remove or cover the original shipping label.
3. Ship the package to us by U.S.Mail, UPS, FedEx, or other standard shipping methods. The return address will be sent to you via email email@example.com
Please allow us two or three weeks to deal with your return. It might be taken an additional billing cycle to list the credit on your credit card statement.
A refund check will be issued if you use PayPal.
We provide 30 days of returns policy, If 30 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately, we are not able to offer you a refund or replacement.
